Our process has been tried and tested over the last 15 years or so and will ensure we have a data-based strategy, that you've approved, before starting any campaigns.
1. We Agree Goals
We review your brief and will arrange a call with you and your team to go through your requirements & goals for your advertising campaign(s) and onboard you properly, setting up comms etc.
2. We Perform Research
We'll take your brief, combine that with the knowledge gained from the onboarding meeting and start our research. This will allow us to build a proper strategy, based on current data.
3. We Present Plan
We'll digest all our research findings and create a bespoke strategy together for you to review and then for us to discuss. This will ensure you're clear on what we're doing and why.
4. We Monitor
We'll ensure all conversion tracking is setup and our premium tools like Hotjar and Fullstory are installed on the page. This will allow us to monitor the campaigns with optimal effectiveness.
5. We Optimise
Then based on the learnings we take from our tracking tools, we'll make tweaks to the campaign accordingly. This will ensure we get the most out your advertising spend.
6. We Meet & Report
We'll agree suitable, regular meetings with you and keep you updated on the key metrics, like conversions, ROAS to ensure you're in the loop at all times with the campaign(s) that you have running.

Biddable Media is basically the collective term for the process of buying advertising space through paid social media or paid search. Google Ads and Meta Ads are examples of biddable media platforms.
As the biddable media platforms are algorithm based, a lot of the success will be reliant upon proper research being carried out BEFORE the platforms are chosen and the campaigns are built. Then close monitoring and data-based optimisation ensures that your campaigns (and landing pages) are successful and well-optimised.
During your onboarding, we'll talk about things like budgets, targeting and the like. This will ensure that your daily/monthly budget limits are met and you're not spending more than you want to.
We like to run intense research to ensure we're recommending the right advertising platforms for your brand and your target demographic. We'll look at things like assets, call to actionss and you target market to make sure we're delivering ads in the right places.
Due to the nature of the way we work, we can offer 3, 6 or 12 month agreements for any biddable media projects we take on. This allows us to build and deliver on proper biddable media strategies that always need a little bit of time to mature and to give the team the time to optimise the campaigns.
